It has a skiing center nearby and is the most popular and upmarket winter destination in Greece. This quaint old town has become a modern ski resort with the latest winter sports equipment available for sale or rental.
But it is also ideal for a cool summer vacation away from the crowds, it is close to beaches of Itea and mountain hiking trails. There are countless fantastic cafes, bars, restaurants and tavernas along with upmarket shops. Just a short drive away is the ancient site and museum of Delphi, home to the famous oracle of antiquity.

But no car is needed for moving around in Arachova, all the bars and restaurants are within walking distance of our traditional townhouse.
